An inflexible process doesn't take so many factors into consideration - not every business owner has the same budget, access to resources, mindset, experience, etc. And frankly, a brand new OSP who's still laying the foundation has very different needs than the established CEO who's scaling to an agency model.

I’m a little long winded, but this business means more to me than time or money.

We all left the standard 9-5 with hopes that we’d find something we were missing. For me it’s freedom, respect, and working with people I align with.

My goal with Open Swim Studio is to help values-driven businesses run by regular people to thrive.

We all have so much value to add, even if you don’t feel like it or know the best way to channel your skills and energy yet.
