I don't have before pics but think 8 person section 8 house hold. It was BAD!!!! With that said here's the good, all new....
- flooring
- rebuilt and painted steps
- whole house painted walls and trim.
- new bathtub and major tuneup in the bathroom
- all new door slabs and hardware
- brand new kitchen with up graded washer/ dryer nook
- new outlets and switches
There's not one thing in this place I didn't fix or have my hands on. Turned out beautiful and for the new tenants ill be doing quarterly walk throughs for the owner.

I didn't get before pics but just know the sink was dark red and cast-iron.
