Approaching the solstice, I find myself drawing inward, acknowledging and reflecting upon the play between dark and light within my internal and external worlds. I receive the messages of nature to stoke my internal fire as I learn what has nourished growth, and shed what is not serving my purpose. In this time of self-reflection, we reach out a warm hand to others to connect on this long winter's journey, reminding us still of our oneness.

Remember to get out to dive in! Mama Earth can provide a stillness, a quietude in this season unmatched elsewhere that provides fertile ground for the work of this season. The trees may be resting, but they are far from silent in their teachings. Let the fresh air and glimpse of sunshine, rush of cold and plays of light guide your meditations ✨❄️🌲☯️
