Delicate Permanence Designs

Simple and sweet. They are finished! Big thanks to my husband for helping with the framing! 💕 I really enjoyed working with the traditional lines in these panels. They are framed in zinc channel for stability, and oak U channel for the finished built-in look while still being free-hanging.

I love blue glass. 😍 So creating this piece for some awesome neighbors and getting to delve into my collection of blues was a treat. 🩵💙

This was one of the first stained glass panels I designed and made on my own, several years ago. Painting and drawing had been my creative outlets prior to glass, and I was trying to mimic the shapes, shading, and shadows by using multiple textures and lots of unnecessary break lines. 😄 I still love this piece and the growth and experience it gave to me.

I love when customers send me photos of their stained glass in their homes! Here is a picture I received today from the lovely customer who commissioned this piece. It has been installed into the window it was built for and now has a forever home where it will remain for years to come. 🥹❤️
