March is Month, and as we continue this series, we’re heading further south to another Reset Tourism Fund investee working closely with communities to shape how tourism creates value on the ground.

is a Certified based in Peru, led by Annelies Hamerlinck and Pablo Moreno, designing travel experiences that go beyond the highlights to create real connections with people, culture, and place across Latin America.

Their gender-focused Sacred Valley route is built in partnership with communities like Huayllafara and Amaru, with a deliberate focus on women’s participation, visibility, and income generation through tourism. In the Amazon, new itineraries developed with Indigenous communities in Madre de Dios are creating experiences grounded in ancestral knowledge and local leadership. Across all their operations, 92% of tours ran with minimal single-use plastic, and 100% of travelers were actively engaged in responsible travel practices.

They’re also continuing to invest in the people behind the experiences. In 2025, 85 individuals took part in hospitality and guiding training, building skills that translate directly into income, confidence, and longer-term career pathways within tourism. Much of this focus is on female guides, who represent around 90% of their team, with ongoing investment in strengthening technical and leadership skills, expanding access to certifications and higher-value roles, increasing earning potential, and supporting greater independence as primary income earners within their households.

We’re proud to support Vamos Expeditions through our Reset Tourism Fund, backing a team that is investing in local businesses, supporting women guides, and creating more stable opportunities across the communities they work with across Latin America.
