This happened because of our neighborhood leaders — neighborhoods with a leader see turnout 10–20% higher than those without. Those votes make the difference.

Neighborhood Leaders: Let's all get out there on contact all the voters on our turfs! Only a small faction of voters have returned their ballots so far in Jackson County ---voters in your neighborhood may need some extra encouragement to VOTE in the Special DIstrict Election!
