The process involved abrasive blasting to achieve a 75-micron Class 3 profile, a 24-hour leaching period, and rebuilding pitted surfaces with Enecon CeramAlloy CP Paste before applying the CeramAlloy Liquid topcoat. The two-coat system bonds to steel at 4,000 PSI and is approved under AS/NZS 4020:2018 for contact with potable water across Australia and New Zealand.
