No class tonight (Monday). It’s too hot! Stay home and stay cool!

This Saturday we will be hosting a special two hour knife defense class! This is not a class on knife fighting, it’s what to do in the event that you are faced with someone yielding a knife. We will go over awareness, legal implications of actions, and what techniques you can use to minimize injury if defensive strategies are required. We will train from 10-12. Cost is $10 for gym members and $20 for non members. All experience levels are welcome, feel free to bring a friend! See you there!

Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 12, we will begin offering our 7 PM self-defense class so that those of you to get off work a little later can make it in! I’m excited about this as weather is getting warmer and we will be able to start training outside! So bring your tennis shoes and be ready to work in the gravel and the grass! The 530 class will still be available for those of you who prefer the earlier time. i’m looking forward to seeing you there!
