WIPP International
Building on the strong WIPP advocacy model in the United States as a foundation, WIPP International's program prepares women for top positions in the public, private and NGO sectors. It covers the dynamics of power and policy intersection in business and government, and harnesses the power of economic participation and entrepreneurship to:
- Implement and deliver training programs and coaching required to build powerful impact-driven collaborative country-wide networks focused on strengthening the voice of women in business;
- Educate and train on advocacy fundamentals: learn how to build coalitions, how to create policy and economic change; and the role of policy and its impact on business growth;
- Develop strong leaders and role models to mobilize, energize and engage business-women in pursuit of a set of shared and negotiated goals;
- Provide research and assessment tools to develop targeted education and coaching to help women succeed in their local, national and regional marketplaces.

What is the Global Women Entrepreneur Leaders Scorecard and Why Should You Pay Attention To It?
"The Scorecard is a data-driven diagnostic tool that identifies the impediments to high-impact female entrepreneurship and introduces actionable steps that can be taken to improve the conditions for high-impact female entrepreneurship development at the country level. The Scorecard incorporates both a ranking with a rating system and provides actionable steps for governments, corporations, the media, entrepreneur leaders and individuals to help expand the pool of high-impact female entrepreneurs. In addition, it highlights global best practices such as policies, programs and breakthrough initiatives that jumpstart the growth of high-impact female entrepreneurs. The scorecard research is conducted under the direction and leadership of Dr. Ruta Aidis, a fellow of George Mason University in Washington, DC. The 2015 study was audited by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC)."
