Joe Okon - Realtor

In 2001, Joe left Marriott to focus his full attention on real estate. He launched an investment/renovation company and subsequently acquired his real estate sales and brokers licenses. Joe has been representing buyers and sellers since 2003. Having been a buyer, a seller, an investor a renovator and a corporate relocatee himself, Joe has "walked in the shoes" of many of his clients, and can uniquely empathize with their needs and concerns. His years of experience in the renovation arena allows him to help his clients both identify areas of current concern as well as envision what potential a home might have. Joe currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland, but has extensive of knowledge of the Maryland, Washington, DC and Northern VA markets.
