With 22 hrs before the painters arrived but only 15 hours before it rained again the PTSD we both share from roof leaks and basement floods was setting in as we discussed my investigation of her reported 19' waterfall through an ac vent and into our foyer last week. 🌊

Ever tried to find a leak in a flat roof with no penetrations? Talk about a needle in a haystack and stating the obvious for a fifth time (the roofing on this section should be replaced) wasn't exactly going to fix the problem. 💉

There are certain truths in life so you can probably expect something like this to happen to you as you prepare to sell your house. When it does I can tell you that Trop-Cool 887 from the .company will keep the water out...and look so good she's making me do the upper section...if it ever stops raining again. 💦

Rollin' 95 South today. The painters come on Wednesday as we are finally putting the house up for sale next month. I have a laundry list of chores in McLean that has been sitting since fall and I don't even do laundry. 👕
