Groundswell was delighted to accept an invitation to visit the George Mason University LIFE program recently. Mason LIFE is George Mason University's program designed to help individuals with neurodivergence to thrive in both academic and social settings. As a way to live out our commitment to inclusivity within the neurodiverse community, several of our team got to spend time in Mason LIFE classroom and experience first-hand the ways this program supports this community. This is a special program and it was an honor to spend time with 16 of their students to help prepare them for the working world, working through foundational elements such as reviewing resumes, professional headshots, and setting up LinkedIn profiles.

Together, we can create a world where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. Let's reflect our world's true diversity and embrace the beauty of neurodiversity.

March Madness is in full swing! Groundswell is ready to ride the seismic wave of excitement all the way to the championship!

Groundswell teamed up with Herndon-Reston FISH to support their annual Holiday food and toy drive. The event offered assistance to over 250 families in our region. FISH has served the community since 1969 to help families cope with short-term financial crises by providing Friendly Instant Sympathetic Help.

Groundswell is excited to attend the Defense Health Information Technology Symposium this week alongside a dynamic and innovative partner, Appian. Groundswell and Appian will be located side-by-side at booths 403 and 405. Josh Bailes, Dave Ellner and Blake Templeman are excited to share more information about low-code solutions and the benefits available to the entirety of the Military Health System!
