Designed for entertaining, this custom living room bar transforms the space into an experience. Integrated lighting brings the entire bar to life, creating a warm glow that instantly becomes the centerpiece of the room.

Featuring premium European faced melamine, an Italian Golden Ambra porcelain slab creating a dramatic full height backsplash, floating shelves with integrated lighting, and a Bianco Rhino honed marble countertop, every detail was selected to deliver a bold statement in both design and function.

Organic modern done right.

This bathroom is layered with some of the most beautiful Italian porcelain stone from Emil America — where texture, scale, and restraint create the luxury.

The shower and tub area is wrapped floor-to-ceiling in oversized 4’ x 9’ slabs in Ivory Gioiello from the Tele di Marmo Lumia collection, including the ceiling for a completely seamless feel. The Bianco Rhino Marble carries through the curb, bench, shower jambs, vanity countertop tying every detail together with warmth and depth.

Underfoot, a stunning 24” x 48” Ivory Onyx porcelain runs throughout the entire bathroom floor, grounding the space with soft movement and elegance as if you were walking on ☁️

Millwork matters. Lighting matters. Every detail matters.

▫️ Custom cabinetry to completely hide the washer + dryer — giving the space the look of a sleek hallway bar
▫️ A white oak custom closet with integrated lighting that feels more like a boutique than a closet
▫️ A mudroom with hidden storage AND a concealed mechanical room door straight from the garage
