In addition to the popular donut wall (thank you ), one of the highlights was hearing Procon’s Director of Technology, Stephen DeVito, CM-BIM, speak on the panel: “How Building Code Officials are Using Technology to Accelerate Permitting.” Stephen shared how 360° photo capture technology is streamlining the permitting process by creating a verifiable visual record of buildings, improving transparency, efficiency, and code compliance.

Building Innovation 2026 was a great opportunity to connect with other leaders shaping the future of the built environment.

Procon’s Spring Open House: New Look, Same Strong Partnerships

Last night, we opened our doors for Procon’s annual Spring Open House—welcoming 60+ partners, clients, and friends to our HQ to celebrate, connect, and share a great evening together.

This event marked our first open house showcasing Procon’s new, modernized brand, and it made the night even more meaningful to experience it alongside the people we have worked with for years.

There’s something special about stepping away from job sites and emails to catch up in person—not just with our business partners, but also with colleagues who are often spread across projects and locations.

A big thank you to our chef Victoria Cortes at for the incredible catering—crowd favorites included the caramelized bacon and Caesar kale pasta salad.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and made the night such a success. Looking forward to the next one!
