House hunting with buyers today and y’all… this one did NOT make the top of the list. 🤣🏡

The staircase balusters were so far apart that I decided to do a little test.

Turns out… I can fit completely through them. 😳😂

As a 5’2” REALTOR®, I may not know every building code by heart, but I’m pretty sure if your agent can crawl through the banister, we might have a problem. 🤦‍♀️

Needless to say, we kept looking.

Just another day in real estate where I risk life, limb, and dignity so my buyers don’t have to. 🤣

🏡✨ CLOSING DAY! ✨🏡

Today was one for the books.

This incredible first-time homebuyer officially became a homeowner, and what a journey it was! We faced challenge after challenge, navigated situations neither of us had encountered before, and honestly… we didn’t even know for sure we were closing until about 20 minutes before closing time.

But we did it.

One thing I can say about this amazing buyer—she is one of the smartest, most thoughtful people I have ever had the privilege of working with. She asked great questions, did her homework, stayed calm through the chaos, and tackled every hurdle with grace and determination.

Throughout this process, I taught her a lot about real estate, but the truth is, I learned a lot from her too. The best transactions are partnerships, and this one was exactly that. We learned together, problem-solved together, and refused to give up when things got tough.

And in the end? She landed a beautiful home in Irving on an amazing oversized lot that was absolutely worth the fight.

You’ll notice it’s just me in the closing photo. My buyer is a very private person and prefers to stay off social media, which I completely respect. But of course I still wanted to capture the moment and celebrate this accomplishment.

This was one of my biggest closings to date, but what I’ll remember most is the relationship built along the way and the teamwork it took to cross the finish line.
