Diamond C Ranch

Good afternoon everyone!
As some of you have noticed and some are now being made aware. Diamond C Ranch is no longer at its previous location. Some of you may be wondering what happened. No, the business did not fail. In fact, it was thriving and had the promise of being even more successful. However, I decided to no longer do business with my landlord (yes, it was a rental property) as he would not sign any sort of leasing agreement, let alone a long term lease. To say the property needed some major updates is an understatement and not having the security of a lease, I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money if the land could be sold from underneath me before getting a return on any investments.

As for the ‘what’s next’ plan, once my horses and I get settled at our new home, I will be taking clients on who need horse sitting or just someone to put extra hours riding their horse. And that will be it until I can buy my own property large enough to run a boarding facility again because I loved every minute of it.
