Forged Flare

A little personal update from our family. ❤️

This week brought an unexpected change for us. Chris was affected by the recent Microsoft/Xbox layoffs, so after many years in the gaming industry, he’s now looking for his next opportunity in animation.

At the same time, I’m refreshing my design portfolio and pursuing new opportunities as well. Before starting Forged Flare®, I spent many years designing digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and brands for national retailers and Fortune 500 companies. While building Forged Flare® has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career, I’m excited to bring that experience back to a collaborative team where I can continue solving problems, creating meaningful work, and growing professionally.

But before anyone worries…

Forged Flare® isn’t going anywhere.

We are not closing our business. We’ll continue designing and handcrafting the meaningful keepsakes you’ve come to know us for. We have new designs we’re excited to share, and we’ll continue creating every piece right here in Texas with the same care, creativity, and craftsmanship we’ve poured into our work since day one.

This season simply means we’re balancing our careers alongside the business we’ve built together.

If you’ve ever welcomed one of our handcrafted keepsakes into your home, shared our story with someone else, or encouraged our small business along the way, thank you. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and every kind word reminds us why we started Forged Flare® in the first place. As we step into this unexpected new chapter, your support means more than ever.
