The McKees Rocks Family Center will be open today from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We will then be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will reopen from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

It's not too late to register your student for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether your child is starting kindergarten or transitioning to high school, we're excited to welcome them to the Sto-Rox School District.

Registration assistance is available in person through July 31, Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Contact your school's main office for assistance or to begin the registration process.

Stop by Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School Monday through Friday for breakfast from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., featuring hot sandwiches and an assortment of prepackaged items, and return for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Meals are free for all children ages 18 and younger who reside in McKees Rocks or Stowe Township.

And don't forget to join us for Carnival Day Lunch tomorrow! Enjoy a cookout-style meal, games, prizes, and lots of fun!

Important Update: Today's AACOA Juneteenth Event Canceled Due to Rain
Due to forecasted heavy rain and poor weather conditions, the AACOA Juneteenth celebration is cancelled.

We are deeply disappointed to have to make this call, but the safety and comfort of our attendees, volunteers, and vendors must come first.

We are actively exploring options for a rescheduled date and will share those details with you as soon as they are finalized.
