On this day 83 years ago, Japan launched a surprise attack on the U.S. Naval Station at Pearl Harbor. 2,403 Americans were killed and the attack changed the course of history. Today we honor and remember those who lost their lives on December 7th, 1941 and members of the Greatest Generation who saved the world in WWII.

🚌*Safety Reminder: When to Stop for a School Bus*🚌

As the school year is in full swing, let's all do our part to keep our kids safe. Here’s a quick reminder on when you need to stop for a school bus that is actively stopped to load/unload kids.

🔴 **Two-Lane Road:** **STOP** in both directions.

🔴 **Divided Highway (4+ lanes with a median) OR multi-lane road** Vehicles *behind the bus* must stop. Traffic on the opposite side of the median can proceed with caution.

🔴 **Intersection:** All vehicles must stop.

🚦 Remember, the safety of our children is in our hands. It only takes a few extra seconds to ensure everyone gets to school safely.
