MOVE IN-MOVE OUT OR REGULAR CLEANING OPTIONS.

Flat reasonable rates based on size of house and what specifications are as needed. I am consistent in my work and things are picked up and/or off the floor (rugs if can be lifted/vaccumed)to get the best clean done.
My basic does include; from top to bottom cleaning. dusting including vents,fans, door ledges,door panels in the whole house and the dusting in every room as needed.
Any glass mirrors
(Usually do sliding and front door but IF it's too cold it'll freeze), tvs if any Smudges. Hallway dusted and cleaned.
Bathrooms dusted, sink, toliet, shower standing and/or tub or both cleaned.
Kitchen dusted, inside microwave, top stove, inside sink, counters, and stainless steel.
Bedrooms dusted, beds made, straighting up.
All trash changed with new bag.
Any vacuuming and floors done with Mr. Clean, method almond or your choice.
I have all my own products, microfiber rags, vaccum etc Unless there's something you prefer me to use. Also please let me know if you have a preference on scents.
I am insured and sole owner, have referrals, and typically it's just me or I have 1 other person with me on tues and wed.
I have alot of regular clients on a weekly, bi- weekly, monthly, or as needed schedule. I also work with realtors for move in or move out cleans and airbnbs. I have also done businesses that needed a cleaning before inspection or on a basis.
If I see something that needs to be cleaned along the way it gets done.
I feel I clean as if it's my own house and having it done want it done right.
EXTRAS ARE IN ADDITION TO DEEP CLEAN- includes basic with options of baseboards, windows, inside fridge, cabinets or whatever specific you are needing or wanting.
Unfortunately I cannot do your laundry as I typically have up to 4 houses a day.
EXTRAS are add ons and are more with a first time cleaning.
