Hereās what changed: the first agency couldnāt land the deal. After inspection repairs came back, negotiations broke down and the contract fell off.
We relisted it. Negotiated with the same buyerās agent within 48 hours. Same numbers on the table, same termsā¦but this time, we closed the gap.
The difference wasnāt magic. It was how we communicate, what we prioritize in repair negotiations, staying locked on our clientās goals, and understanding that sometimes a deal doesnāt fail because of the numbers. It fails because nobodyās actually listening to what both sides need.
