Being here today + sharing this message has been a journey that feels like a living prayer 🌀

I’ve spent the last few years deep in this work, thousands of dollars, studying, learning, healing + Integrating and still continue to do so.

I have spent the last 3 years working with clients in my treatment room, in my coaching work + in women’s circles i’ve hosted.

I never intended to bring this work into my treatment room but when you are called to do something you cannot avoid it, when you live something it becomes a part of you and so naturally it begins to touch every area of your life 🌀

and how beautiful, magical and sacred that experience has been and is still becoming ❤️‍🔥

Helping women move out of survival + into safety + into relationship to their bodies has been the most awe inspiring and heart nourishing experience of my life…. from being a girl who didn’t feel worthy to the woman I am today has been … words can’t even describe so i won’t try.

But I am here, all of me, and as all of me is here I can no longer not speak about the work I was called to do, the work i am in love with and deeply passionate about, the work that changes women’s lives and hearts.

While we live in a world that says force it and fix it that only perpetuates patterns of stress, trauma & too much.

So wether we are doing somatic healing together in a coaching container or you’re on my treatment bed getting a buccal massage - i’m not here to force your body into “release”.

i’m here to provide the saftey, the deep listening, the honoring.

and when we just allow the body to be where it is, beautiful things begin to happen.

Real choice gets introduced where choice has been lost before - teaching and re-wiring a new NS pattern not by forcing but by believing and trusting in her inherent wisdom.

The Sacred Somatic Facelift Massage 💛 is a treatment i’ve woven together with different techniques from various teachers & mentors - and of-course my own special flavor ✨

It is a service that is about reverence. Reverence for the body, the feminine, the sacred.

When I started my Journey as a coach 3.5 years ago, I never imagined blending my worlds together.

And such is life & God, we think we have plans & ideas and then in the space in between the divine comes in - and there is something deeply beautiful and meaningful when we let go of control and just say Yes ✨

This experience is about honoring the body and its wisdom, it’s about allowing her to find rest, and opening the door to its own language.

So while I work the lymph, the sculpting, the muscle softening - i do it in a way that is honoring to the body. I do it in a way that is attuned, a way that is intuitive, deeply loving and with a lot of intention.
