I recently checked out Mobile Suite Gundam Requiem for Vengeance on Netflix, and thought it was really good. It has a very boots to the ground, gritty, and even scary feel to how the battles are presented. Really gives you a sense of how frightening going up against a Gundam can really be.

My biggest gripe with the show is some of the human character models are just a little off. It's CGI show made using Unreal Engine 5, which can produce amazing models and visuals, but for whatever reason (probably money) the human models sometimes just dont work as well as everything else. I mean the environments, the machines, the special effects all look amazing.... but it is something you'll just have to accept.

The story reminds me of 08th MS Team(90's anime) and Zeonic Front (PS2 game) and the battle scenes feel like those in War in the the Pocket (late 80's anime). So if you're a fan of those, I'm sure you'll enjoy this.

This could be a good introduction to what the series is all about. Especially since its only 6, twenty-some minute episodes. An easy to digest snack for people new to the series and who want to dip their toes in.

If youre at all interested, i recommend checking out at least the first 2 episodes, and then decide whether its for you or not.
