We did it again. We visited Chillicothe Correctional and witnessed the miracles of men and their loved ones working together toward healing and connection. It is possible, we've seen it, we've experienced it. The pics below are from our May group, we can't wait to show you our newest reasons why we do this.
We call it the "rollercoaster." One minute your tears are flowing from what your heart has contained for too long, the next minute you're in a crazy dance challenge that allows that inner child to come out fully alive. Yes, part of trauma healing is the laughter, and it's for everyone to experience.

Brent Brown said "Of all the things trauma takes away from us, the worst is our willingness, or even our ability to be vulnerable. There's a reclaiming that has to happen." You're looking at several individuals who reclaimed who they were created to be, and thus the healing began.
