Important note for those staining their decks.

You may notice that the ends look blotchy or different than the middle of the boards after 2 coats.

TAKE the time to put EXTRA coats of stain on the end grains to fully satisfy the wood.

The end grain is more likely to absorb water and start rotting than the middle of your board.

Save yourself the long-term headache!
