New draft system at Louie’s downtown !

We have heard folks suggest that because they haven’t used a draft system it shouldn’t be as dirty. However, even the flow of beer helps clear away building up schmutz (technical term) to some extent. If a draft system was left with beer or beer residue during dormancy this is the best of what the components look like in that system beer is now pouring over. Time for a deep clean! And, ps, see that rough brass? That’s what happens to chrome plated brass draft parts. It’s a couple bucks cheaper but the chrome wears away in a year leaving this rough brass for the final inches of the beers journey...which means adding to foaminess (another technical term) and loss of profit. Losing a few bucks every night after a year to save a few bucks once upfront isn’t an equation that makes sense to us?
