The Hug the World Foundation is currently involved with Teen Response out of Cincinnati, Ohio that does great work with trouble teens in the area. We are also a sponsor of the 2013 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Cincinnati. We have future plans to become involved with the Mason Youth Organization, Kairos Prison Ministry of Ohio, Mason City Schools Christmas Giving Programs, and the W
AVE Foundation. For activities even further in the future of the Hug the World Foundation, we would like to have the ability to make a difference in all areas, such as people, wildlife, economy, etc. It is our hope to never limit ourselves to a specific type of need. We aim to help any and all things that we possibly can. Our mission is to assist and fund educational, charitable, and developmental programs for our youth, young adults, and our elders; to work towards the betterment of our people, our community and our nation to the lengths that our arms may reach; to sponsor, host, plan and support events and programs that reflect our purpose of an improved life for all that we share it with; to make distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code; and to conduct activities consistent with such purposes and the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Ohio and Code Section 501(c)(3). The Hug the World Foundation plans to use multiple outlets for fundraising opportunities. We will participate in and/or host: walks, sporting events, bake sales, rummage sales, car washes, dinner events, dances, and other such types of fundraisers. We will also use raffles, silent auctions, and online donations as more ways for our supporters to donate to the Foundation.
