It’s easy to think a business is defined by how things go when everything is running smoothly.
But in reality, it’s the moments that don’t go as planned that reveal the most. Not just about systems or processes, but about people, and how they choose to respond when things get difficult.
Moments of crisis aren’t just problems to solve. They’re opportunities to slow down, pay attention, and show someone that their experience actually matters beyond the transaction.
In automotive especially, those are often the moments customers remember the most. Not because something went wrong, but because of how it was handled afterward.

Today is a 10-year milestone for AutoGrowl.
Ten years ago, AutoGrowl started with a focus on enhancing dealership marketing and helping dealers show up in a more effective and consistent way.
Since then, it’s been a lot of learning, building, and figuring things out along the way. Some things worked, some didn’t go as planned, but every step came with people who supported us, trusted us, and gave us the chance to keep going.
What stands out the most looking back isn’t any single project or milestone, it’s the relationships. The clients who took a chance early, the partners who stuck with us, and the teams who put in the work day after day to help shape what AutoGrowl is today.
We’re incredibly appreciative of everyone who has been part of that journey in any way. None of it happens alone, and we don’t take that for granted.
