2 cups spinach
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
1 large grapefruit (peeled and seeded)
2 cups pineapple chunks (frozen)
1/2 large avocado
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)
☘️INSTRUCTIONS
Place spinach, mint, celery, and green tea into blender.
Puree until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend again.

☘️Ingredients
6 slices Sandwich Bread
4 tbsp Butter
2-3 small Red Chili or green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
200 grams Cheese processed/cheese grated/slices
2-3 cloves garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
Coriander Leaves as required for garnish
Red Chili Flakes as required for garnish
☘️Instructions
In a plate, place 4 bread slices. Apply soft butter generously over the bread.
Sprinkle some salt and the grate the processed cheese on top of the slices.
Place the chopped red chili over the bread slices.
Add the garlic and red chili flakes on top. Grate some more cheese on top.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray or a pizza screen.
Preheat the oven at 200°C in broil mode for 10 minutes. And bake the chili cheese toast for 2 minutes.
After one minute of cooking rotate the baking tray, so that everything is evenly cooked. Once done remove and allow it to cool.
Sprinkle some red chili flakes and chopped coriander leaves on top.

☘️Ingredients
2 cups Red Delicious apples, chopped
2 cups Bartlett pear, chopped
1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup red grapes
⅓ cup unsweetened dried cranberries
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dried tarragon leaves
2 tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
Sea Salt (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
☘️Combine apples, pears, celery, walnuts, cranberries and grapes in a large serving bowl, set aside.
☘️Combine mayonnaise, tarragon wine vinegar and tarragon leaves in a medium bowl & mix well. Toss with apple mixture and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Chill before serving. Serve on top of fresh salad greens or on rolls.
