After being a victim of domestic violence for 15 years I decided to take a stand and be a survivor. I spent two months at a women's shelter with my children and realized how important my voice was. I began speaking about the unthinkable and the unimaginable of domestic violence in hopes to make a difference.

PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT EMOTIONAL ABUSE IS AND YOU ARE NONE OF THOSE DEGRADING THINGS. IT'S JUST A WAY FOR YOUR PARTNER, FAMILY MEMBER, FRIEND TO GAIN CONTROL. LET THEM GO!!
