Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Avocado Fries 🥑🍟 What you need: 1/2 an avocado 1 cup Parmesan 1 large egg Seasonings of your choice How to make them: 1. Preheat your oven to 450F. 2. Mix all ingredients and shape into fries on a parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. 4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce & enjoy! I had these with a sriracha Mayo dip and they were delicious! 😋🙌
