Now the concrete! Cinder block wall was filled with concrete and driveway/patio have been poured! Time to breath…. This turned out great and homeowners approve! Phase 2 complete, now just need to put finishing touches on the retaining wall. Stay tuned for final product!

We begin by excavating the existing hillside and sub grade to allow for a concrete footing with “L” bent rebar which will stick out of the footing 24in and set every 16in apart and be inserted throughout the entire cinder block wall for reinforcement.

Time to wipe the sweat off and give you an update! Our current project is a new cinder block retaining wall and a full driveway replacement with an expansion to a new front patio. Here are before pictures of the project!

Backyard project! We were able to work with the homeowners budget and redo the entire backyard. Excavated existing base/dirt, installed new retaining wall with proper drainage, formed a curb on existing on concrete wall to bring up grade, lay down gold fines/DG through entire backyard with 2ftx2ft stones inset for lounge area. On to the next!
