We Can Help
“We Can Help” was founded by 2 childhood friends who are passionate about making our communities a safer place and free of Domestic Violence. Our mission is to help build awareness in our community and support families through their most difficult times. An alarming 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men in the US have experienced r**e, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime. Join us in the fight to end Domestic Violence and keep up to date on how you can help!

A heartbreaking tragedy out of Louisiana is a painful reminder of how serious and complex domestic violence can be.
Behind many of these stories are warning signs that are often missed, minimized, or misunderstood. Abuse isn’t always physical—it can look like control, isolation, threats, or extreme jealousy. And when it escalates, the consequences can be devastating.
If you or someone you know feels unsafe, trust that instinct. You are not alone, and there are people ready to help.
If you’re supporting someone, the most powerful thing you can do is listen without judgment and help them connect to resources safely.
Support is available 24/7 through the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233 or thehotline.org
Let’s keep talking about this. Awareness saves lives. 💜
