This pic was taken a couple of years ago when I felt great in my skin! Someone had asked me what I was wearing when we were going out that night so I took a quick pic. I saved it as a reminder because we look back at pictures and think during the time we didn’t like the way we looked, and I do that and look back and go……I didn’t look so bad. We are so hard on ourselves.
Having surgery and losing someone has taken a toll on me mentally where I have the capacity to help other people, but I haven’t been taking care of myself. I’ve been getting back to myself over the last few weeks and starting to feel really good again.
In my coaching others, we work on healing ourselves.  Crowding out the things that don’t serve us in our life with adding in things that bring us health, healing, and results.
 we should be looking at health as a gift And putting our focus into the health/health side. Most people tend to look at diet (did I eat that) and they get very upset with themselves. Most know they’re bad habits, but don’t know how to fix them, most people talk badly about themselves. Our body takes that energy on and creates what we keep telling it. Weight loss sometimes is the weight and sometimes it’s the weight you’re carrying mentally which is stressing out your cortisol levels which is adding that visceral fat to your belly and that hormone imbalance.
I HAVE OPENINGS FOR FIVE FREE ONE TIME SESSIONS WITH PEOPLE TO GET CLEAR ABOUT THEIR NUTRITION AND WHAT THEIR GOALS ARE AND TO HAVE AN IDEA AND A PATH TO GET TO THEIR GOALS.
