Lake Superior brown trout or lake superior coho? Which one do you prefer to eat?

It's amazing how reddish orange these brown trout fillets are coming out of Lake Superior. The brown trout are flavorful flaky fatty delicious fillets. As were the coho are very lean delicate and smooth tasting.

If these fillets did not have the skin on them. It would be hard to tell them apart. Either way, the best table fair of the great lakes is right here on lake Superior. No doubt about that.

What a stud!

There is no fish more special than a lake superior king.

From the depths of the coldest freshwater lake in the world. These spring kings are such a treat.
