What’s buried in the fertile soil of “struggle”?

What we call pain may actually be our portal - an invitation.

In much the same way that we disguise our knowing, we also assign labels to our pretending.

Like sacrificing in the name of relationship, or “compromising” in the name of people pleasing.

But what if we reframe the fear

and stop putting it on this pedestal over ourselves?

What if it gets to be exhilarating?

A way to accumulate evidence to ourselves that yes, we can make this change?

The woman who’s been doubting her own power - who knows (deep down) what she’s capable of, but fears how others will react to her power - THAT is the woman I was put on this earth to help. Because, in many cases, it’s not either-or, it can be both-and.

What if you claiming your fullest expression means everyone wins? What if a stronger, more powerful, undiluted you benefits everyone?
