I teach a fun coed kickboxing class at the Brasil Cultural Center Wednesday Nights from 7:30-8:30PM, Thursday 7-8PM,
and Saturday 9am-10am. Come by for a free first class and go 10 rounds on a heavy bag. You will burn 800 calories or more in a fun and enjoyable environment
