We are currently looking for an Escrow Assistant with industry experience and excellent customer support skills to join the team of a Title Company.
You must be able to work independently with the closing process from start to finish.
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.
Prepare a CD, knowledge of an Affidavit of heirship
Assisting the Escrow Officer with all related duties.
Determines escrow requirements by studying and clarifying buyer, seller, and lender instructions.
Obtains clear title by ordering title reports; resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals.
Establishes escrow account by depositing funds; maintaining records.
Prepares transaction documents by completing forms and statements; collecting and reviewing existing documents.
Completes calculations by prorating taxes and interest.
Completes closing transaction documents by assembling documents; reviewing papers with parties; explaining provisions and procedures; answering questions; checking documents for completeness and accuracy; obtaining signatures.
Completes closing by recording and filing documents; preparing and distributing final closing statements and title.
Prepares HUD by utilizing lender instructions; Closes escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds.
Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.
Qualifications:
Customer service-oriented and professional. Proven tenure preferred.
Must have 1-3 years of industry experience performing escrow and title duties
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
Experience using the MS Office suite and industry software.
Demonstrated mastery of multi-tasking effectively, particularly in fast-paced and high volume situations
Notary or ability to obtain within 90 days
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated commitment and effectiveness in the delivery of and focus on customer service to drive value

Description
The role of Media Planner is required to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of their client's business and ensure that all client media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Media Planning/Execution
Development and presentation of sound, strategic multicultural Media plans based on client marketing direction, knowledge on the media landscape, and the use of media research.
Maintain budget control and ensure ex*****on of media plans by authorizing approved media schedules and monitoring buys/schedules.
Effective communications with agency buying personnel and media partners to ensure brand needs are met
Explore media alternatives and be creative in recommending media solutions.
Research and develop earned and owned media plans to include within paid media strategies
Manage and be accountable for media budgets and client billing.
Communicate and collaborate with Ad Operations on all media ex*****on and troubleshooting
Assist Media Manager on all new business pitches and ex*****ons
Client Management & Communications

Confers with Media Manager and Client Management Supervisor, Clients, Partner Agencies to establish strategies and tactics for advertising campaigns.
Implements the ownership and proactiveness of daily tasks in support of the media product.
Motivate the junior team members and encourage creativity, positive work ethics, and attitude throughout all projects by serving as a role model within the group/team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
2+ years of Media Planning experience
Strong mathematical abilities are required.
Attention to detail required.
Strong presentation skills are preferred.
Ability to handle the fast-paced working environment and multiple tasks required.
Working knowledge of MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Suite, Google DCM required.
Working knowledge of DV360, GWI, MRI, Nielsen (NMI), Prisma preferred
Hands-on experience with digital planning, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and PR preferred.
Bilingual in an Asian language is preferred.
Hybrid Work Model: Remote & In-Office
We are looking for an experienced Title Closer and a Processor to work for a Title Company.
As the Processor, you would be responsible for all aspects of processing mostly residential, but some commercial transactions including preparation of settlement statements and disbursement of money and documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
As the Closer, you would be responsible for all aspects of closing mostly residential, but some commercial transactions to include in the settlement statements and disbursement of money and documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will need to provide a high level of customer service throughout the transaction. Providing monthly closing reports and trial balance information in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain escrow records and files and acts as an escrow agent to include:
Preparation of settlement statements
Confirming transaction proration figures
Obtaining appropriate lien payoff information
Disbursement of money
Recording documents
Following written escrow instructions provided by the parties
Post-closing follow-up for recorded documents and any holdback funds that need to be disbursed
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience
FL Title Agent or FL Notary License A PLUS
Minimum of 2 years of processing or closing experience and for the closer to have the ability to handle in-person style closings
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple actions at once;
Flexibility to re-prioritize based on the direction of management
Ability to read and interpret documents such as escrow, closing, title, operating, and procedure manuals Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and our team of sales, escrow, and title employees
