I needed this. LA needed this. And so does the world.

Could do this for hrs & hrs. simply stunning.

The legendary was epic.

Although Ive had the privilege to see Nas perform many times with throughout the years this one with the LAs Vegas Philharmonic was special.

The world is mine…

A letter to Los Angeles.

To be honest, I never truly loved LA. Being raised in The Bay there was always that unspoken beef with LA. And being from NYC, LA was cool to visit.

I chose to move to LA in 2017 because I thought I wanted something different. But Spirit guided me here because I needed something different. My love for NYC hadn’t changed but the daily grind was taking its toll and i needed to leave before becoming jaded.

I was in for a surprise. The LA I knew from traveling for glitzy industry events and visiting for deboucherous vacay weekends wasn’t the same. I found myself alone. I found myself lonely. And I felt uncomfortable. Although it doesn’t seem like it, something special happens when you are left alone with yourself and your s**t. I started to let myself feel. I started to heal. I started grow. I purged emotionally. I cried it out. I grew. Personally and then my business. And started a new one as well.

You really appreciate something when it’s taken away from you. Watching my city burn I realized how much I appreciate LA. Yes, the sunshine, blue skies and the ocean. But also the place in my life where I learned to love myself.

LA you are beautiful. You are giving. You are resilient. You are home.

Raising a glass to Los Angeles for a toast to life.

Like the way you healed me, we will pick ourselves up from the ashes. We will rise from the flames. We will rebuild stronger than ever. We will prosper. And we will thrive.
