Last year, we started a new tradition of recognizing seven team members who embody each of our core values. This year, the previous winners passed down their award to a new person! 😍

Our core values are at the heart of each firm in the BD Studio Collection Portfolio, showing that from design studio, to procurement agency, to the "spoon that helps stir it all," our people exude these ideals no matter their focus! (or no matter their work).

🦄Kala (Spark) - Our sweet Kala brings nothing short of SPARK to everything she touches! Kala is an intern turned junior interior designer at Banko who has shared an infectious enthusiasm with not only her team, but also clients.

👟Baleigh (Tenacious) - This girl gets it done with TENACITY! Baleigh is also, an intern turned junior interior designer at Banko that brings a can-do spirit to her team. We can always count on her to make it happen!

🦁Chelsey (Unmatched) - Chelsey is an UNMATCHED teammate of our BDSC Accounting team, who is always willing to pitch in and help. She is incredibly detail-oriented, reliable, and a joy to work with!

🤘Molly (Driven) - Molly, one of our Red Pen Procurement Studio Directors, is DRIVEN in everything she does. Her energy and efficiency are magnetic. She takes the bull by the horns and motivates her team to tackle each day head-on!

🔥Innovative - The INNOVATIVE award goes to our fearless "IT" guy at BDSC. If any problems pop up, he's always there to solve them with no complaints! He is the true definition of a team player.

🏆Elmer (Outstanding) - Elmer is an OUTSTANDING Red Pen Procurement team member. He radiates determination and exceeds expectations, ensuring the warehouse is in tip-top shape!

🫶Amelia (Service) - Amelia, our Marketing & Brand Manager at BDSC, plays a crucial role in coordinating between the different portfolios. Her dedication to excellence and creativity helps to SERVICE each studio's unique needs!
