Is this a big deal? Not really. Will the new home owner do anything about it? Probably not. Should it still be reported? Yes!
It is still technically a tripping/safety hazard. And I may or may not have almost tripped on it myself, which is how I may or may not have initially noticed it 😅

Did you know… that these water splash blocks are basically useless?? They are poor at diverting water and can fill up quickly during a downpour and overflow out of the sides. If the ground slopes towards your home, throw these away and replace with downspout extensions to help prevent water damage to your foundation!
