IXL Rider

I haven't posted in some time....I am still trying to get over this last back surgery. I have an extensive relationship with the Physical Therapy business in town I wondered if it was working, I think it might just be clicking in now. Nerve rehab takes a long time so maybe I will start seeing progress soon. Bryan Reiswig is coaching my classes, and doing a great job, I just need to stay out of his way!!!

All will be OK I just need to hang in there and NOT try to get back on the dirt too soon!!!!

Getting late start, class yesterday was long and very hot. will try to get out by 10:30 or 11. On my way to Montana, have a few stops to make on the way up, visit with friends!!! I may just be looking for a place to sleep???? NOT!

Here is what is happening at IXL next week???? First on Saturday the Supreme Instructor turns 70!!! Then on Sunday My Daughter and her crew return to Kentucky (after we go see the new Tarzan movie). Monday the 4th Bike tune up and repair. Tuesday Family class. Wednesday OPEN adult class, 3 already signed up room for a few more!!! Thursday, oil change on truck. No classes for Friday Saturday or Sunday, would do classes on Friday or Saturday but not on Sunday...because Sunday I pack for MONTANA! Monday....gone.

I have another coach available for classes at Hidden Falls, he is OK!!! (I trained him so he must be!).

Class yesterday was a little tough! Temperature got over 90..I know it is just a precursor to what is to come, that is why I go to Montana to ride the high country. Art Muela came by to visit the class, I had Art in Class last week. It is good to have others stop in to encourage the newbies!!!

I know there is a lot to try to learn in one day..and sometimes one day isn't enough, that is why I do not charge a rider that has taken the class once a fee for taking the class again. I want you to enjoy your time on the bike!

I am going to get Grandkids and Daughter next weekend, will try to find riches in the Diamond Fields of Arkansas on the way home!!! (I am sure the BIG one is just sitting on top of the ground waiting for MMMEEEEE)

Classes at the Ranch were great!! We had a good time. One rider made getting the bikes as muddy as he could his life work. HE DID A GOOD JOB!!!
