Another happy client today. They called to have their door lock looked at, and as you can tell, the handle was in bad shape from 20 years of use. Got them taken care of with a new lock, and it works beautifully again. They should be good for another 20 years!

I just got a call today for a restaurant that was having issues with the thumb turn just spinning.
When I showed up, they talked about how they had to use vice grips to get the thumbturn to work for a while, them it finally failed today. When I opened the lock up, this is what I found. You can see where the broken piece had jammed itself after it broke off. Fortunately I was able to get them taken care of quickly, and they were happy that it was running smooth as butter.
