Ecumen Lakeview Commons

The Ecumen Lakeview Commons annual BBQ was so much fun! 🌟 We enjoyed live music by the Backyard Band, delicious food by Layna and the dining services team, and games hosted by Jen and our life enrichment team.

The menu included burgers and brats, chicken, corn on the cob, cole slaw, potato salad, chips, and neopolitan ice cream sandwiches. 🍔🍗🌽

Games included Plinko, Hole in One, and Pick-a-Pop. Everyone was crossing their fingers to win our most extraordinary prize…. A NEW (matchbox) CAR! 😉🏎️

Huge thanks to the Ecumen Finance Team from Shoreview who volunteered for the event—their extra hands and hard work helped the event to go smoothly. We appreciate you Doug (CFO), Tonya, Jamie, Al, Aliesha, Cathy, and Susie! 👏👏👏

Special shout-out to the Maplewood Public Safety Department for showing up as invited guests and spending time with our community. We treasure our connection and partnership with you! 🚔🫶🚒

Behind the scenes, Tracy and the environmental services team works tirelessly to ensure our community is clean, safe, and ready to host—including moving chairs and tables here and there and everywhere!

Although we hoped to be outdoors, Mother Nature had a different idea. Thanks to our guests for being flexible anyway and rolling with it! (Now, fingers crossed for a beautiful sunny BBQ next year! ☀️)
