SE King County Housing recap (resale) for January 2023

With fewer buyers looking to buy homes, fewer homes are coming
onto the market, leading to a low level of inventory compared to previous years.

More affordable and mid-priced homes were a majority of the sales activity.

There has been an increase in new resale listings going under contract within the first 30 days.

We may see intensity lessen as we experience more new listings coming onto the market.
