**POSITION:** Journeyman Equipment Operator
**LOCATION:** Puget Sound Region

**REQUIREMENTS:**
• 5+ years operating excavators, dozers, and heavy equipment
• Demonstrated expertise in precision grading and excavation
• Ability to read blueprints, grades, and interpret site plans
• Self-directed with minimal supervision needed
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong safety record and attention to detail

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
• Operate equipment for foundation excavation and site preparation
• Perform precision grading and utility installation
• Work independently on complex excavation projects
• Maintain equipment and ensure job site safety
• Collaborate with concrete crews on foundation work
