Summer heat is NO JOKE. 🌡️

And if you're not already thinking about heat safety for your pet, now's the time.

Here's what happens: When temps hit the mid-80s and beyond, your pet's body struggles to cool down.

They can't sweat as we do.

One hour in a hot car? Dangerous.

A midday walk on pavement? Can burn their paws AND overheat them.

Outdoor activities without breaks and water? Risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. Heat stroke isn't a maybe. It's a medical emergency.

If you notice signs of heat stress, don't wait. Bring your pet in. Heat stroke can be life-threatening, but it's also preventable. Stay safe out there. Your pet is counting on you.
