It's been such a pleasure to take in the beauty and renewal of the season during our 6 weeks of yoga at Rein Fire Ranch! Cant wait to see you tomorrow night for our final class of the series! It's going to feel amazing!

May is National Meditation Month. I loved spending the morning at Lake Wilderness Lodge guiding a meditation class centered on breathing, staying present, connecting to self, and relaxation. Just what we all needed during this busy time of year!
