The future of roofing is built at Roofers Local 96 in Ham Lake.

From commercial flat roofing systems and waterproofing to safety training and hands-on skill development, apprentices and journeymen alike train here to master the craft and keep Minnesota buildings protected year-round.

Roofing isn’t easy work. It takes grit to work through Minnesota heat, wind, rain, and brutal winters.. all while building and protecting the structures people rely on every day.

This training center helps prepare the next generation of skilled union roofers with the real-world experience and technical knowledge needed to succeed in the trade.
