Funds raised through SCTIS provide all of the school supplies for the students, along with supplies for the teachers and school. The program was founded in 2006 by Tammie Epley, a former Osseo School Board member, and was recognized in 2018, with a Local Government Innovation Award by the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
